Legacy Brotherhood was founded in 2009 by eight students at Auburn University as a social fraternity. These eight men wanted to establish a dry fraternity that was based on Christian principles and a strong devotion to being men of high moral character. LB has grown substantially since then, and is still getting larger with each coming semester. The brotherhood now has a total of 39 members in just three years. The fraternity currently occupies the Meadow's House in the historic district on North College Street. Built in the 1840s, the Meadows House is one of the oldest buildings in Auburn, Alabama, and it is currently recognized as a historic landmark by the Historic American Buildings Society.
